Delete your HardHat Log account

You can permanently delete your HardHat Log account and its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app

Open HardHat Log and sign in.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

You need an internet connection — deletion happens on the server.
If you own a team, transfer ownership or delete the team first (Settings → your team). The app will remind you.

What gets deleted

Immediately and permanently:

Your account, email address, display name, and sign-in credentials.
Your personal workspace and every report and photo record in it.
The app's local copy of your data on the device you deleted from.

What is not deleted:

Reports you created in a team workspace — they remain with that team, no longer attributed to an active account.
Service providers' short-lived operational logs, which expire on their own schedules.

Photo and logo files tied to your deleted workspace are permanently deleted from storage at the same time.

If you can't sign in

Email support@civilconstruct.app from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request, delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by reply.
